The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. That’s why we’ve fully renovated our manufacturing and distribution centers to fully comply with government-recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.
What does this mean for you?
Processing times may be longer. Typically, processing times are 6-12 business days*, although these times are currently subject to change due to COVID-19-related issues and government regulations and the impact on our business. Processing times may also be longer on public holidays.
We’ll let you know when your order ships or if there’s an issue with your order.
You can cancel your order for a full refund. We’ve updated our return policy so that you can cancel an unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

We offer express shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $7.99 per order. If your order value is over $50, shipping is free.

If you want to change your order, please contact us at support@autoozubehor.com within 8 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot make changes.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is a product that you order before it is in stock. You can cancel it until your order has been processed. To cancel an order, please email us at support@autoozubehor.com.
I ordered an available product with a pre-order. Will they be shipped separately?
We will ship your order as soon as all products are available. If you would like to receive an available product before your pre-ordered product, please email us at support@autoozubehor.com.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy.
Products must be in their original condition and must have a return label and hygiene seal. Products must not be used, washed or modified in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
autoozubehor.com offers a full refund (product price excluding original shipping costs).
All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse in the United States.
How do I request a return?
Requesting a return has never been easier!
We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please email us at support@autoozubehor.com within 14 days of receiving your package using the email address you used to process your order.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs of returned items unless the item is defective. We also cannot refund return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item(s), we will ship new parts or refund your money (price excluding original shipping costs).
We are not responsible for the loss of returned items. We recommend that you send your return by registered mail and register your tracking information.
What happens if the product I receive is damaged or defective?
We make every effort to ensure that all products we sell are of the highest quality. However, if you have any concerns about a defective or damaged product, please email us at support@autoozubehor.com so we can investigate the matter as quickly as possible!
